Google Play eGift Cards are delivered as follows:

• Your recipient will receive an email message from BuyGiftsCard.com that contains your message, selected video or picture (if used), and a link to the eGift card.
• The link will take the recipient to the eGift card where it can either be printed, redeemed online, or shown to the clerk at checkout in the merchant location.
• In some cases, the merchant may specify that an eGift card must be used online. Please refer to redemption instructions on this page, directly underneath the card image, for specific instructions.
• You will also receive a confirmation email. If the recipient does not receive the merchant eGift card, instruct the recipient to check email as well as any SPAM or promotion folders or automatic filters for an email from BuyGiftsCard.com.
• If the eGift card does not arrive within 24 hours, contact Customer Service. Have the invoice number and the recipient’s email address available prior to contacting us for fast assistance.

It can sometimes take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to deliver the order unless you specify a future delivery date.

Like all merchant cards on BuyGiftsCard.com, orders placed weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM EST are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend may take 48 to 72 hours to process. Once processed, gift card delivery is estimated below and is subject to change. Most merchant gift cards are not reloadable. Once the value of the card is depleted, the card is no longer valid. However, we recommend keeping the gift card until you are certain that items purchased with the card will not need to be returned.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day of the order being placed. Once the order has been placed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your eGift card alert (via email), follow the instructions in the message to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card.

On the delivery date you choose, an email is sent from BuyGiftsCard.com to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the Google Play eGift Card you created, its value, and eGift card number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift card.

The eGift card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase, within hours or sooner after your transaction is complete.

When the recipient receives the eGift card, you will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift Card has been viewed.

You must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift card.

Gift card orders are canceled for the following reasons:
